1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

The shipping and delivery time may vary depending on your areas postal service. Here are the general time frames for various parts of the world:

– Shipping time for USA: 6-9 business days.

– Shipping time for international: 12-24 business days.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

If you would like items for delivery to multiple addresses, please order them separately.

 

5. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

EXCEPTIONS: US Military: APO/FPO Boxes are not supported.

 

6. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Please note that all products shipped internationally are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not charge VAT. The recipient will be liable for any VAT and customs charges for the package upon delivery, depending on the country. For more information about VAT and customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

 

7. THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

After an order has been finalized, there may be some instances when you would like to change the shipping information before it has been shipped. Here are some options: - Contact us via help@ninarosahotspace.net within 24 hours if you require changing your Shipping Address or other info. If the package has already been shipped by the time you contact us, we cannot redirect it. - Some parcels may arrive at a regional post office for your country. Once you receive notice that its been delivered, you can request that they redirect the parcel to an alternate address. You will need to contact the post office directly to do this. Please note that this service is not guaranteed, and is at the discretion of your local postal service. - If you have any further questions or concerns about your order, please contact our Customer Care Team. We are happy to help! - When placing an order, make sure to double check all personal information including shipping address, phone number, and email. Minor mistakes can lead to problems and delays in getting your order. Thank you!

 

If you placed your order over 45 days ago and it hasnt been shipped out, please contact us at help@ninarosahotspace.net so we can help you with it. As a friendly reminder, all shipping times are calculated in business days, and any claims on late delivery filed after 60 business days from the date of order placement will be rejected.
