1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

The shipping fee will depend on the destination and number of items you purchase. Shipping fees are also based on size, weight, and the number of packages in an order. If you have larger products or additional items, there may be a slight surcharge. 3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

I got my package on the third day, which is according to the standard shipping time.

– Handle time: 1-3 business days.

– Shipping time for Viet Nam: 3-5 business days.

– Shipping time for USA: 4-10 business days.

– Shipping time for international: 9-22 business days.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We cant deliver your order to multiple addresses. If you would like your items delivered to different destinations, you must place orders for each one, please.

 

5. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We are not able to ship to military address, PO Boxes, or corporate addresses.

 

6. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

We provide international shipping from the United States and dont charge VAT. All taxes, customs fees, and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. According to your countrys customs policies, you could be charged a VAT.

 

7. THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

We are committed to providing our customers the best possible experience, and sometimes that means some changes to an order. As soon as the checkout is completed, you may edit information by contacting our support team via support@ninarosahotspace.net within 24 hours.

 

Its 45 business days from when you placed your order to the time we will replace it if it doesnt arrive. If you file a claim after 60 business days, it will be rejected. As a friendly reminder, all shipping times listed in the chart above are calculated in business days and do not include weekends.
